The first thing that impressed me about Denise in the recent purchase of my new home was that she contacted me when she said she would and diligently and promptly set up and edited my searches as I found additional areas I wished to explore, something that was severely lacking in the prior agents I started out with.  I'd been through two real estate agents before finding Denise and I'd begun to wonder whether the fact that I was buying a small townhome rather than a large house that would earn a higher commission for an agent would keep me at the back of the line when it came time to set appointments to view properties or submit offers in this very hot market.   Denise was unfailingly attentive, patient, caring, enthusiastic and diligent.  She went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion and provided wise and experienced counsel that ensured my offer was accepted.  I also really enjoyed her company and feel that I have made a new friend.  Denise cares and knows what she's doing.  I highly recommend her !!!
